Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be available for credit purchases on Seedance 2.0. By purchasing credits, you agree to the terms below.
1. Digital Credits
Seedance 2.0 sells digital credits that are consumed when you generate videos. Because credits are delivered immediately after payment, purchases are generally final once credits are added to your account.
2. Eligible Refunds
We may issue a refund or restore credits when: (1) a payment was charged more than once for the same order; (2) credits were not delivered to your account due to a verified technical error on our side; (3) a generation failed due to a platform or billing error and credits were deducted incorrectly; or (4) another situation where we determine a refund is required by applicable law.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not available for credits that have already been used, for dissatisfaction with AI output quality or style, for content blocked by safety filters (including NSFW or policy violations), for user error (wrong prompt, settings, or uploads), or for account closure after credits were consumed. Failed generations caused by upstream model restrictions or content policy enforcement are not eligible for refunds unless credits were deducted in error.
4. How to Request a Refund
Contact us at support@seedance2pro.com within 14 days of the purchase. Include your account email, order or payment reference, purchase date, and a brief description of the issue. We will review your request and respond within 5–7 business days.
5. Refund Method
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible. If that is not available, we may offer credit restoration to your account instead. Processing times depend on your payment provider and may take 5–10 business days after approval.
6. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is unauthorized, contact us first so we can investigate. Initiating a chargeback without contacting support may result in suspension of your account while the dispute is resolved.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
